PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly feed a film by smoothly engaging a key member in a key groove and stably holding a film cartridge at a specified position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fork 11 fit to the spool shaft of the film cartridge, the key member 12 capable of moving back and forth in the key groove provided in the spool shaft and transmitting film feeding output to the spool shaft by engaging in the key groove, a 1st energizing member 21 energizing the key member and engaging it in the key groove, a shaft presser member 13 abutting on the spool shaft in the case of fitting the fork to the spool shaft and a 2nd energizing member 22 energizing the member 13 in the shaft direction of the spool shaft.
