PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature storage cooler such as a refrigerator, a refrigerator with a deep freezer or the like capable of controlling a temperature in the cooler to a constant temperature. SOLUTION: This constant temperature storage cooler comprises a refrigerator 1 of a cooler body, and a fluid generator 2 for circulating to supply a slurry- like fluid to the refrigerator 1. In this case, the refrigerator 1 constitutes its walls 1a, etc., and partition walls 1b, etc., of a plurality of heat transfer panels 3, etc., and is covered at its outer surface with a heat insulator 4. Each panel 3 has a channel 5 in which the fluid flows therein. The generator 2 has an evaporator 2a or the like of a constituting element of a refrigerating cycle, a tank 2d for storing a propylene glycol aqueous solution selected as a phase change substance, and a supply pump 2e for supplying the fluid fed from the tank 2d to the evaporator 2a and cooled and converted into a solid-liquid two- phase slurry-like fluid to the refrigerator 1.
