PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape wherein a repelling effect on not letting cockroaches, ants, snakes or the like in, an antibacterial deodorant action and a condensation-protective action are obtained. SOLUTION: On the one side of tape base material 10 where mixed solution 11 with a repellent disliked by ticks, cockroaches, ants, snakes or the like and an antibacterial deodorant and a water soluble acrylic foaming solution having binder functionality is treated with impregnated processing, hygroscopic nonwoven fabric 12 treated with the impregnated processing of the mixed solution 11 and water-absorbing polymer processing is uniformly bonded, besides the other side of the tape base material 10 is constituted of an adhesive surface by a reseparating type adhesive 13 excellent in weather resistance and with less residual paste and of providing separating paper 14 on the adhesive surface, being used by sticking the adhesive tape to an entrance of an apartment and the lower part of a door, lower surroundings of tableware, etc.
