SOLUTION: The pouring mouth forming pouch characterized by forming a protruded sealing section passing through a top section edge of a side gusset pouch with sealed sides and sealed bottom, provided with a planned cutting line tilted to the side edge and preliminarily printed and sealing a section formed of a crossing line passing through a contact point with a planned cutting line inside the side sealing section and crossing the planned cutting line and the side sealing section, and the width between the side sealing sections on the upper section of the side gusset pouch is formed narrower than other widths, and outside sections of the side sealing sections of the narrow width are cut down into a shape following the shape of the narrow width, and the bottom sealing section is formed into a ship bottom sealing shape.
