PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject compound capable of ameliorating cerebral dysfunction and the like through activation following binding to central nervous system's nicotinic acetylcholineα4β2 receptor, therefore useful as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for the above disorders. SOLUTION: This compound is shown by the formula (I) wherein, A is a (substituted) alkyl, (substituted) aryl or (substituted) heterocyclic group; X is O, S, C or N; Y-X is a (substituted) alkylene, alkynylene cyclic bond or the like; B1 and B2 are each H, a (substituted) alkyl, (substituted) aryl or (substituted) heterocyclic group or the like. Pharmacologically acceptable salts of this compound and medicaments each containing this compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as active ingredient are also provided, respectively.
