PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve defend ability against external threats. SOLUTION: Sensors 11-13, a control device 2, and launching devices 31-34 are interconnected to form a network and each of them is provided with a dispersion type shooting pipe control device 100. An order of priority is previously set to the sensors 11-13, the control device 2, and the launching devices 31-34 and a device having a highest order of priority is caused to perform shooting control for the whole network.
