PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of an air blower module while ensuring an operation of a filter circuit. SOLUTION: The filter circuit 32 is disposed in a treating device 10a, the filter circuit 32 and a positive side power supply line 33 of the air blower module 30a are connected to each other through a long pin PL' and a positive side socket pin Sp', and thereby, the filter circuit 32 is simultaneously earthed or released with/from the earth part 12 when the air blower module 30a is detached. It is thus possible to realize a structure for eliminating noise caused by back electromotive force at the time of detaching by the filter circuit 32 in the treating device 10a, and it is also possible to eliminate the filter circuit from the air blower module 30a.
