PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a differential pressure in a brake circuit divided into two systems by absorbing the liquid pressure difference between both brake circuits and prevent the operation of one brake circuit from being affected by the other defected brake circuit in a normal condition. SOLUTION: A differential pressure absorbing piston 11 stroking by receiving a liquid pressure from a pressure chamber 12a connected to a brake circuit 1 and from a pressure chamber 12b connected to a brake circuit 2 is provided, a pair of sealing materials 14a, 14b are provided for the differential pressure piston 11 and a drain passage 15a connected to an atmospheric pressure side is provided in an intermediate chamber 15 interposed between the sealing materials 14a, 14b.
