PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear pump capable of enhancing positioning accuracy of a housing member and a cover member and capable of improving accuracy of meshing clearance between an annulus gear and an external tooth gear. SOLUTION: The ring-shaped annulus gear 4 and the external tooth gear 5 meshing with this annulus gear 4 are rotatably housed in a housing recessed part 3 formed in a pump housing 2 in a state of making the respective rotational centers eccentric. A suction port 16 is opened in a suction area for increasing the meshing clearance according to rotation of the gears 4 and 5, and a discharge port 17 is opened in a discharge area for reducing the meshing clearance. A positioning means 14 for relatively positioning the housing member 9 and the cover member 10 is arranged on an extension line of a line segment for connecting the rotational center O1 of the internal tooth gear 4 and the rotational center O2 of the external tooth gear 5.
