PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate clasp structure for band by which the adjustment of the band length or the replacement of the band of a wrist watch or a bracelet can be performed by a user at any place without going to a store or, without separately preparing or carrying a tool. SOLUTION: At the base section 21 of the tool 20, a protuberance 22 for a driver and a protuberance 23 for pushing out a spring rod are formed. At the same time, the spring rod 30 is press-bonded and fixed to a bearing section 25. And, the spring rod 30 is engaged with a connecting hole 11a which is drilled on the side wall 11A of a front lid 11.
