PURPOSE: A method for actively allotting bus of multi-point network having variable multi-path and a system the same are provided to improve a reliability and efficiency of a multi-point communication system by making a communication path variable in proper. CONSTITUTION: A serial unit(310) is connected to a multi-point on a common bus and converts a bit stream of transmission information into series. A modulation unit(320) modulates the serial output(321) into a transmission clock. A comparison unit(350) and an arbitration control unit(340) compare a bus signal(1) with a self output signal(331), detect and control a discordance of signal. A bus interface unit(330) inputs a bit stream(381) and performs a wired OR operation.
