PURPOSE: A power on/off device of the computer and peripheral is provided to reduce the waste of power outstandingly without the additional operation by blocking the power of peripherals, such as a printer, monitor, speaker, and so on, with one touch. CONSTITUTION: When the AC(Alternating Current) power is impressed according to the switch handling of the computer body, a power switch(10) has the AC power flow into the monitor, speaker, and printer. A relay(20), which is mounted between the power switch and the computer power, stays in the power on when the power is impressed to a relay coil, while staying in the power off when the window exit is run. A power sensor(30) perceives the power-on signal caused by the relay interrupt. A comparator(40) interrupts the relay by checking the current intensity when the system exit is impressed to a chip-set of a computer main-board.
