PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an individual certifying medium, capable of forming an excellent recording image without any age deterioration and useful for the judgement of authenticity while hard in forgery. SOLUTION: A pattern-shaped light reflecting layer, a transparent cushion layer having a rubber elasticity and an image receiving layer, containing fine glass particles having a high refractive index, as well as a thermoplastic resin, are formed on a substrate. |
