SOLUTION: A apparatus for preheating a green tire is provided with a stage 82 which attachably and releasably supports the green tire 4 in a predetermined posture and a preheating coil 83 which ignites a high frequency magnetic field to the green tire 4 supported on the stage 82. The preheating coil 83 induction-heats a belt member 56 and bead wires 52 each embedded in a tire, that is, in a tread portion 4a and bead portions 4c and 4c' respectively.
