PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in substance barrier properties, which are hardly deteriorated by an impact caused by vibration, dropping or others in processing and transportation. SOLUTION: The laminate has at least a base layer and a layer containing an inorganic compound. When the laminate is stretched by exerting a tensile force thereon until a length LO of a part thereof becomes LE, Q defined by the following equation (2) is 300 or less and satisfied the following expression (3), under the condition that E defined by the following equation (1) is 0.03, (1), E=(LE-L0)/LO, (2), Q=(PE-PO)/E (3), PO<=100 wherein PO denotes the oxygen permeability (cc/m2-day-atm) of the laminate before stretch, under the conditions of 23 deg.C and 50% RH, and PE the oxygen permeability (cc/m2-day-atm) of the stretched part of the laminate after the tensile force is removed after the stretch, under the conditions of 23 deg.C and 50% RH.
