METHOD FOR SLUDGE CAST MOLDING OF CERAMICS MOLDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a light weight and a low manufacturing cost while shortage in strength and the like are avoided in the case a ceramics molded body has a hollow part communicated to a sludge hole. SOLUTION: In the case the ceramics molded body 7 has the hollow part 7a communicated to the sludge hole 3a, as a slurry 6 a slurry made by dispersing ceramics source powder in water in an electrostatic charged state is used. A wall-thickened electrode 4 provided to a casting mold 1 to be positioned at a required outside of the hollow part 7a, and a counter electrode 5 provided to the casting mold 1 to be positioned inside the hollow part 7a are used. Then a voltage is impressed between the wall-thickened electrode 4 and the counter electrode 5 under a state wherein the slurry 6 is filled in a cavity.
