PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the processing efficiency, quality, and tool lifetime of a semi-dry processing device. SOLUTION: The semi-dry processing device is equipped with a means to supply oil mist optimized for each processing tool so that it is allowed to exert its full performance, and thereby the processing efficiency, quality, and tool lifetime of the semi-dry processing device are enhanced.
