PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing evaluating method with which it can be predicted whether slag bear is easily formed or not, and to provide a mold powder in which the slag bear is difficult to form. SOLUTION: An evaluating method of a sintering property, is conducted by that after charging the mold powder to the upper end of a mold frame by dropping the mold powder from the upper part of the mold frame, and the mold powder is cooled after sintering by heating up to >=500 deg.C, and thereafter, the compression strength of the sintered body of the mold powder as the state of taking out from the mold frame is measure. The sintering body of mold powder has <=20 MPa compression strength by using this evaluating method.
