APPARATUS FOR REPLACING FILTER CLOTH OF BAG FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make work for replacing a filter cloth efficient by packaging the filter cloth simultaneously while the scattering of dust is prevented. SOLUTION: An apparatus main body casing 17 is constituted of an upper surface plate 13 having a filter cloth inserting opening 12 and a cylindrical body 15 having a filter cloth inserting opening 14 at its lower end. The lower end part of a filter cloth housing bag 21 is bound to a comb cylinder 20 fitted to the fringe of the opening 14 of the upper surface plate 13, and the upper end part of the bag 2i is fixed to a hoisting jig 23. An air header pipe 25 in which numbers of nozzle holes 24 are formed in its inner circumference part is arranged at a position surrounding the filter cloth insertion part of the casing 17. While the filter cloth 4 is extracted by the jig 23, compressed air is ejected from the nozzle holes 24 to the surface of the filter cloth to remove dust, the scattered dust is sucked a vacuum suction device, and simultaneously the filter cloth 4 is housed in the bag 21.
