摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel diameter follow-up numerical control system capable of shortening the machining time by performing the correcting calculation of the C-X machining data with a change in the grinding wheel diameter by truing to only a selected work. SOLUTION: In the grinding wheel diameter follow-up numerical control system, the C-X machining data obtained by calculating the reciprocating position X of a grinding wheel according to the rotational phase C of a cylindrical sectional work is registered, the corresponding C-X machining data is read in machining for each work, and the rotational grinding wheel is reciprocated along the X axis to perform C-X control grinding. The device is provided with a means 42 for judging that truing of the grinding wheel is performed, a means 43 for recalculating the grinding wheel diameter of the trued grinding wheel, a means 45 for reading the C-X machining data of a work to be machined next, a means 46 for correcting and calculating the read C-X machining data on the basis of the recalculated grinding wheel diameter, and a means 41 for registering again the corrected and calculated C-X machining data.
