PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply adhere a sheet to a concrete at a low cost when the sheet having an anticorrosive function if to be lined on an inner peripheral surface of a concrete structure, and to sufficiently secure an adhering strength of the concrete and the sheet. SOLUTION: A method for adhering the sheet 2 to a position of a surface of the concrete 2 in the case of manufacturing the concrete structure comprises the steps of inserting spacers spacers 11, 11... in reinforcing bars 9a, 9b... arranged at a predetermined interval on a surface of the concrete 1 in the structure, fixing the one ends of the spacers 11, 11... to the sheet 2, and the placing the concrete 1.
