PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flash welding equipment which is applicable to the flash welding construction of steel members with a large cross-section, and which is configured for use in a construction site by miniaturizing it and making it lightweight so that it can be carried. SOLUTION: The flash welding equipment consists of the combination of clamp members 3, 4 grasping and clamping the steel members 1, 2 with the large cross-section to be welded by the action of a jack, plural straight line drive type actuators 5 grasping the steel members with the large cross-section to be welded, and connecting two clamp members with each other, which are opposingly arranged and electrodes 6 mounted directly on each steel member with the large cross-section for power feeding. The actuator 5 is constituted so that a synchronized displacement control for a flash process and an upset process can be performed, and the connecting parts between the actuators 5 and the clamp members 3, 4 are electrically insulated.
