PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily readable the bar code of a price card that is inserted into a price rail or a pop rail without removing the card case for accommodating a pop paper, and at the same time, facilitate operation and control of the card case. SOLUTION: A nipping part 51 of an attachment 50 is engaged with a cleat piece 402 of a pop rail 40 that is mounted to the front end face of a shelf plate 30 for commodity display so that it can be engaged and disengaged, and the upper end of a card case 20 for accommodate a pop paper 10 is connected to a hinge part 503 being provided at the upper end of the nipping part rotatably so that the upper end can be engaged and disengaged and is rotated between a first position where the front of the pop rail 40 is covered and a second position where the front of the pop rail 40 is released with the card case 20 as the support of the hinge part 403.
