PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularity correcting apparatus capable of easily correcting an end part of a steel tube even when a deformed steel side is of relatively a large size and is fixed. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a fixed circularity correcting body 1 mounted near the end part of a deformed piping 6a, a moving circularity correcting body 2 to hold a piping 6a end part by pressing an inner peripheral part of the piping 6a end part between the fixed circularity correcting body 1 and itself, a guide body 3 which is mounted to the fixed circularity correction body 1 and guides movement of the moving circularity correcting body 2, a hydraulic ram 5 which is mounted to the fixed circularity correcting body 1 and transmits pressing force moving circularity correcting body 2. By this method, the fixed circularity correcting body 1 is mounted near the piping 6a end part, and the inner peripheral face of the piping 6a end part is pressed with the moving circularity correcting body 2, thus, positioning is not required by moving the piping 6a.
