PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device of a seat part constituted so as to prevent front nursing handrails from interfering with rear handrails for a bathing person when the nursing handrails are reversed rearwardly. SOLUTION: In the handrail device 50 of the wheelchair 1 which consists of a truck part 4 and the seat part 3 receiving the bathing person and having a pair of the nursing handrails 30 and a pair of handrails 20 for the bathing person and is constituted so as to feed only the seat part 3 in a bathing apparatus 100 at the time of bathing, the base parts 31 of the pair of the nursing handrails 30 are supported by support shafts 43 and the outsides in the axial direction X of the support shafts 43 for revolving the nursing handrals forwardly and rearwardly by 180 deg. are inclined in the front direction Y of the seat part and extended rearwardly and outwardly when the nursing handrails 30 are reversed rearwardly. By this constitution, the nursing handrails do not interfere with the rear handrails for the bathing person when they are reversed rearwardly.
