PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push bar type index device for a work 4 to be processed including an index table 3 arranged rotatable not only in the regular direction but also in the reverse direction so that it also generates index operation of the work. SOLUTION: An NC device 7 generates extra relative movement between a spindle 6 and main table 2 independently of the mechanical processing relative movement between the spindle and main table, and a first 8 or a second push bar 9 is moved by the extra relative movement, and an index table rotates in one direction interlocking with the first push bar and rotates in the reverse direction interlocking with the second push bar. |
