PURPOSE:To provide the surface treated material adequate for deep drawing without causing rubbing flaws and cracking by forming solid lubricating films on the surfaces of steel sheets, aluminum sheets, etc., and forming fine dents for holding liquid lubricants on these surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material constituted by forming the numerous fine dents (dull patterns) 21 on the surfaces of a rolled steel sheet or aluminum rolled sheet of a specific sheet thickness, is used for the material 20 treated with the surface lubricating films. The dull patterns 21 are formed by forming reference dull patterns on the surfaces of rolling rolls for producing the rolled steel sheet, aluminum rolled sheet, etc., by irradiating the surface thereof with a laser, etc., then transferring the patterns onto the rolled stock at the time of rolling. The solid lubricating films 23 of the specific thickness are formed on the surfaces of the sheet material 22 having the dull patterns 21. The numerous fine dents (solid lubricating layer dull patterns) 24 are transferred and formed by the rolls for dull pattern forming on the surfaces of the solid lubricating films 23. |
