PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of increasing the attraction of games. SOLUTION: The game machine has a variation display device with plural variation display regions to variably display plural kinds of discrimination data in each variation display region, a game control means for controlling the progress of a game, and a display control means for controlling the display of the variation display device based on commands from the game control means. When the result of the display of the variation display device is in a previously set specific condition for the display result, a prescribed game value can be given to a player. The display control means executes such display control as making prescribed characters appear in the display regions of the variation display device when the 'next-to-win' condition is generated in which a specific display result may be achieved before the variation of the discrimination data finally stops to be displayed in the plural variation display regions, and keeping the prescribed characters remain in the display regions after the completion of the next-to-win condition. |
