摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for heating at least two elements by laser beam to bond or separate them. SOLUTION: In a method and apparatus for bonding or separating processed members made of a plastic material or a mixture of the plastic material and other substance by curtain-like laser beam, a mask made of a laser untransmittable substance is arranged between a laser source and the processed members. Laser beams of at least two diode lasers are converged and, succeedingly, different laser beam is generated by a zoom optical device. At least one second laser beam, which is arranged vertically, is joined to first laser beams vertically arranged on the surface of the mask to form laser beam which is, in turn, directed to the mask. Though the outputs of individual lasers themselves are insufficient, proper energy density enables the flexible regulation of offered beam length.
