PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and operability of work for removing meat juices, fat, a meat rag or the like adhered to a back surface of a round edge. SOLUTION: One end of an elastic member 7 is fixed to a patch 6, and a slide shaft 9 is movably supported by a holding member 8 fixed to the other end of the elastic member 7. The rear end of the slide shaft 9 is positioned in front of a machine base 1, while the tip of the slide shaft 9 is positioned about the round edge 2 and mounted with a scraper 10. Pushing the rear end of the slide shaft 9 moves the scraper 10 along the radius of the round edge 2 and brings the scraper 10 into contact with the back surface of the round edge 2.
