PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat burning method which develops a brown fat tissue and UCP (thermogenetic molecule) by stimulating the latent brown fat tissue from the outside of the body, is safe and easy to use and is effective in burning the body fat and making the body fat rate more adequate, a BMI more adequate, and the body slimmer. SOLUTION: An electric stimulus device 1, electrodes 2a and 2b, a pad 3 and a circuit unit 4 are provided. The pad 3 is stuck to the skin of an organism and the electric stimuli from a power source and the circuit unit 4 are applied via the electrodes 2a and 2b from above the skin of the organism to stimulate the latent brown fat tissue in the organism to promote the development of the brown fat tissue and to oxidize and decompose, burn and consume the body fat, thereby, the body fat is decreased, the body fat rate is made more adequate and the body is made slimmer.
