PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup handle which is easy to manufacture and assemble, can be made flat to save space before and after use and securely holds a cup. SOLUTION: A cut line 2 is provided in the middle of a sheet 1 except on joining sections 3 on both sides of both ends of the cut line 2 and a fold line 4 is provided along the boundary of a finger grip section 5 from the end of the cut line 2. When the sheet 1 is two-folded at the joining sections 3 and the sheet on both sides of the cut line 2 is incurvated like a cylinder on the fold Line 4, the cut line 2 forms a circular hole in which a cup 20 is fit.
