PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand which is made of a single component and very easy to assemble. SOLUTION: The display stand is provided with a stand section 1 the top surface of which is formed as a displayed article placing surface, a flat plate- shaped horizontal side 13 which is disposed turned down behind the stand section 1 with the front edge portion along the back edge portion of the stand section 1 and can stand with the front edge portion as a central axis, a flat plate-shaped advertisement board 2 through which a displayed article insertion hole 2a is drilled and a posture holding means to hold the horizontal side 13 in a standing position. Moreover the front section of the advertisement board 2 is installed on the top surface of the stand section 1, while the back section of the advertisement board 2 is installed on the horizontal side 13 which is stood up to put the advertisement board 2 into an upwardly inclined posture and the posture holding means holds the advertisement board 2 in that posture. In this upwardly inclined posture the displayed article insertion hole 2a of the advertisement board 2 faces the displayed article placing surface of the stand section 1.
