PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for adjusting the rolling pressure of rolling handles for tea manufacturing equipment, capable of mechanically adjusting the rolling pressure of multiple rolling handles at once, capable of maintaining a set pressure and stable in working. SOLUTION: This mechanism for tea manufacturing equipment designed to receive steamed tea leaves into a roll dryer drum 2 and roll the tea leaves under pressurization with rolling arms 7 is characterized by having a hydraulic regulator 13, or the like, outside the drum 2 and using a hydraulic actuator such as a hydraulic cylinder 75 operated with the above regulator to adjust rolling pressure impelling spatulas 70 at the tip of the arms 7 toward a tag plate 3a-side of the bottom of the drum 2.
