PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating Grifola Frondosa with moderately high content of zinc, enabling zinc liable to run short of intake to be taken through safe daily foods. SOLUTION: This method for cultivating Grifola Frondosa with moderately high content of zinc is characterized by that a zinc compound is added to an artificial culture medium for cultivating Grifola Frondosa to grow it, and thereby users can take a zinc supplement through eating the thus cultivated Grifola Frondosa.
