PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promotion apparatus enabling a user to perform the twisting movement of the upper half of his/her body efficiently. SOLUTION: The health promoting apparatus has a seat part 101 having a slope 103 capable of holding a hipbone 201 in a sitting state and a first securing member 102 for pressurizing and fixing a high part to the seat part 101.
