PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph of high accuracy, correcting dispersion between channels of an analog circuit and an analog-to-digital converter in the received beam forming of the ultrasonograph. SOLUTION: This ultrasonograph is provided with a transmitting means 9 for generating a signal serving as a reference to correct an error between the channels as well as pulses, an arrayed vibrator 1 comprising a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators, a preamplifier part 2, a low-pass filter 3, the analog-to- digital converter part 4 for amplifying and converting a received echo signal from analog to digital, and a correcting means part 5 for adding or subtracting an offset portion to be the cause of the error between the channels or correcting the dispersion of a gain by multiplying. This constitution enables the received beam forming of high accuracy.
