PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat with a good appearance by allowing an armrest to be held roughly horizontally when projected and allowing a seat back to be flush in a state in which the armrest is stored in a recessed part for storage. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat provided with at least a seat back 4 with an armrest storing recessed part 6 formed and an armrest 7 that is free to appear from and disappear into the armrest storing recessed part 6, the armrest 7 comprises at least a frame 13 that is rotatably pivoted to the seat back 4, a pad 14 covering the frame 13 and a skin 15 covering the pad 14. On the surface of the pad 14 in the rotational center side of the armrest 7, a flexible part 11 that is capable of deforming by the weight at the time when the armrest 7 is projected and that is capable of returning in a state in which the armrest 7 is stored in the armrest storing recessed part 6 is formed.
