<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce whole treating cost of the waste solution including carrying cost to a treating plant and a treating cost at the treating plant by concentrating the waste solution generating from an incinerator etc. SOLUTION: A water component in the waste solution 3 generating from the incinerator, etc., is heated by a heater 4 at the inside of an evaporator 2. Moreover, the evacuation in the evaporator 2 is performed by an evacuating pump 11 and also the water component in the waste solution 3 is removed by vacuuming the inside of the evaporator 2 by cooling and condensing the steam generating in the evaporator 2 by a cooling pipe 9 in a condenser 8. In such a way, the waste solution 3 is efficiently concentrated and volume is reduced, and the whole treating cost of the waste solution including the carrying cost to the treating plant and the treating cost at the treating plant is reduced.</p> |
