<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wasted agricultural plastic recycling processor for obtaining a recycled product at its place without necessity of storing, transporting and the like of a recycling raw material, by recycling a wasted agricultural plastic with adhered foreign matters such as earth and sand or the like, and continuously integrally constituting crushing, drying, melting and compressing, and molding units. SOLUTION: The wasted agricultural plastic recycling processor continuously integrally comprises the crushing unit 3 for crushing a wasted agricultural plastic in a flake state while remaining the foreign matter such as the earth and sand or the like adhered, the drying unit for dry removing a moisture by quantitatively conveying the flake into a radiant heat kiln 8, the melting-and-compressing unit 10 for kneading and granulating the dry flake by a variable screw, and the molding unit for molding a melt compressed viscous plastic recycling raw material to a recycled product. In this case, after an excess part of the matter such as the earth and sand is removed at a front stage of the drying unit, the matter is sufficiently heated by its thermal inertia in the drying unit to suppress gelatinizing of the case of controlling an overheating temperature by the melting-and-compressing unit.
