PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an open/close body securely engagedly/held in a ball extracting position by the ball extracting operation. SOLUTION: This ball extracting device for ball trays 6 and 7 has a tray part 8a for storing pachinko balls with a ball extract hole 11 and a movably mounted open/close body 12 energized with an energizing member 14 in the direction of closing the ball extracting hole 11. By moving the open/close body 12 to the position for opening the ball extracting hole 11, pachinko balls in the tray part 8a are extracted. The ball extracting device also has an engagement member 21 which is movable in contact by moving the open/close body 12 to the position for opening the ball extracting hole 11 and an engaged part 26 mounted on the open/close body 12 with which the engagement member 21 is engaged.
