SOLUTION: An adjuster is arranged as follows: a corner-pressing apparatus 13 is installed in a frame 14 with radiused corners; the frame 14 is attached to a transfer pedestal 1 in such a way that the frame 14 can freely perform up-and-down motion; and plural engagement steps 34 different in height from one another, with which the engagement pin 36 of a height control rod 35 installed on the side of the rotatable land leveling brush 10 selectively engages, are formed on the frame 14.
