PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating grinding system provided with a slurry tank by which a slurry part containing particles with a different ground state are sent to a grinding device from a tank upper part to a tank lower part while maintaining without an extreme ununiform state of slurry flowing in the slurry tank a layered structure the radial direction and without generating substantial mixture in the slurry having the different ground state of the particle. SOLUTION: A blade 14 for straightening disposed so as to extend in the vertical direction along a side part internal surface of the slurry tank and having its tip part positioned near the bottom surface of the slurry tank is provided in the slurry tank 3. By rotating the blade around a vertical axis at low speed comparatively, a low-speed area near the side part internal surface of the slurry tank is eliminated, and the ununiformity of the vertical direction flow velocity of the slurry in the tank is leveled in the radial direction.
