PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white birch sap that causes no white precipitation even when the sap is stored for a long time and is suitable as a beverage. SOLUTION: The objective white birch sap is obtained by heating the raw sap collected from white birch trees at 80-100 deg.C for 10 seconds to 30 minutes, immediately cooling down after heating and filtering the cooled sap. |
