PURPOSE:To manufacture the antenna easily with high accuracy by devising the shape of the antenna in a various way and photo-etching a spiral conductor pattern to a base or a cylinder or a multi-stage cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A mask 64 is made up of a bag 65 having an inner face shape in close contact with an outer circumferential face of a multi-stage cylinder 61, other part 66 is formed to be non-transparent and plural transparent parts with a shape in matching with an antenna pattern to be formed with the outer circumferential face of the multi-stage cylinder 61 are formed in parallel and in spiral with the circumferential face. The surface of the multi-stage cylinder 61 made of Teflon is processed into rough face by using a chemical, metallic layer is laminated uniformly on the rough face by vapor-deposition or plating or the like, and a photosensitizer is coated on the metallic layer uniformly in a dark room. Succeedingly, the mask 64 is covered and in close contact with the cylinder 1 with a photosensitizer applied thereto. When the multi-stage cylinder 61 being masked is irradiated with exposure light uniformly while the cylinder 61 is being turned, the photosensitizer placed in a transparent part 67 shaped in response to the antenna pattern is sensitized and cured. Then the mask 64 is removed and the sensitizer not sensitizes is removed by using a hypo or the like and the metallic film located under the sensitizer not sensitized having been removed before is removed by using an etching liquid. |
