PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning the soil contaminated by organic halogen compounds by homogeneously and efficiently mixing iron powder even with the clayey soil. SOLUTION: The soil contaminated by the organic halogen based compounds is excavated and after the iron powder is added to the excavated soil, impact is applied to the soil, by which the soil and the iron powder are mixed.
