PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to stably form a hydraulically bulging part having a flange of an arbitrary shape and a dimension, a die used for the forming and the hydraulically bulging part. SOLUTION: In a method to form the hydraulically bulging part having a flange to be connected to an other part by bulging a metal tube stock under a liquid pressure, a metal tube stock 10 is bulged, a part of the bulging part is squashed by a punch 23 so as to form a flange 26, successively, the semi finished part is subjected to finish forming to a product shape.
