PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film, and a laminated material using that, which has transparency, is excellent in barrier properties for stopping transmission of oxygen gas, steam gas and the like, further excellent in postprocessing such as print processing, laminate processing, bag-make processing and the like and has an electronic range aptitude also. SOLUTION: A barrier natured film A, and a laminated material using that are provided wherein a noncrystalline thin film 2 of an inorganic oxide is provided on one side face of a substrate film 1, and further a vapor deposited polymerized film 3 is provided on the noncrystalline thin film of the inorganic oxide.
