PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute backward and forward width of a transmission mechanism of a discharged culm cutter attached to a combine harvester so as to be narrow and constitute the transmission mechanism so as to be compact. SOLUTION: This transmission device is constituted by supporting a pressure belt pulley 8 to a bracket 7 enabling rotation control around a discharge shaft 6 on a belt pulley shaft 9 and hanging an endless body 12 over between the belt pulley 8, a cutter belt pulley 10 on an either one cutter shaft 4 in a pair of cutter shafts and an intermediate belt pulley 11 on an intermediate shaft 3 and pressurizing the rear side of the endless body 12 to a disperse belt pulley 13 on a discharge shaft 6 in diameter width of the pressure belt pulley 8 of the to carry out transmission rotation.
