PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing the substance adhered to the single surface of a strip-like film, effective for the recycling of a used material sheet generated in a laminated electronic part manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A green sheet residual material GS2 is floated from a carrier film CF when the carrier film CF passes the edge of a peeling blade 14 in a bent state by passing the used material sheet through the gap between the edge of the peeling blade 14 and the edge of a scraping blade 15 and the floated green sheet residual material GS2 is scraped off by the scraping blade 15 when the carrier film CF passes the edge of the scraping blade 15 to be removed from the carrier film CF.
